Do you know of a physician in California who take Medi-Cal?

I am posting this for a friend who does not have internet access. She works full time but unfortunatly does not have insurance. She does have Medi-Cal and is in desperate need health wise for this surgery. Does anyone know of any doctors in the state who take this. We realize the wait will be long but she is willing undertake it. Anyone?
