Anyone have breast lift and implants at the same time?

I am pretty sure my insurance will pay for my TT and breast lift. They have paid for others I know who have had WLS. Anyway, I am getting smaller and smaller and am considering implants at the same time. I was wondering if anyone had done them both at the same time. And especially if anyone had implants when the insurance company paid for the lift. I guess I am wondering if anyone can tell me what I might have to pay for the implants if the lift is already covered at the same time.
