I'm Late

I am going to a seminar this month to meet the surgeons, I have a BMI of 40 and a few co-morbs. Normally my period is reagular, for some reason I am 12 days late. I took 3 pregnancy tests and they all said negative.I don't have any symptoms (except for a dreadful cold right now) but I am nervous that I may be pregnant. I have a son and another baby is always a blessing, but right now I just need to get healthy. Any suggestions to why I could be late. God Bless.
