What happened? Yesterday I was having a pretty good post op day

(I'll be 4 weeks Monday). I did some christmas shopping and all was well. Late in the afternoon I started not feeling well and went to lie down. I was shivering so bad and ached all over, no fever. I started crying for no apparent reason. I took some pain med and slept for a few hours and woke up feeling tired but ok. Today my abdomen is sore as though I did sit ups, I think it is from shivering so hard. does anyone have any ideas what is going on with my body. I am very fatigued but have no other complaints.
