Northstar Administrator - will pay for tummy tuck?

I have Northstar Administrator by Premera Blue Cross and I am having a hard time getting them to pay for anything. I had my surgery under a different insurance and now Northstar is denying any bill that is related to obesity or side effects of obesity. They will not pay for my labs or a regular visit for back pain and now I have had a gall bladder attack and they said they will not pay for surgery if it is caused by obesity. I am trying to wait to remove it for my tummy tuck and I just wanted to know if anyone has been able to get them to pay for any portion of the skin removal process. Even if they denied could you please let me know what they said and why. Thanks
