If RNY and panniculectomy is done at the same time will it have to be redone after weight loss?

My surgeon will do an open RNY and panniculectomy at the same time. I have about 170 lbs to lose. Should I do it with the surgery or not. I do have a large fat apron already. Will I need it done again after my weight lose?
