Can I eat fruits without peeling? Are all types of fats bad?
Will I be able to eat a whole apple, pear, peach, plum, etc.? And about the fats...can I stir fry in canola oil for example? I know to stay away from deep fried foods and stuff like chips, but where is the line drawn? Should I not use vegetable oil, Crisco, or butter at all in anything?
