Will Aetna USHealthcare cover the BPD/DS?

I live in Phila.,PA and am convinced that the BPD/DS is the way to go for me. I am busily lining up my pre-op testing and we have yet to apply for approval. With a BMI of 60+ I'm pretty sure that approval for the VBG or RNY would not be a problem, but am wondering about the duodenal switch. Has anyone out there had experience in this area?
