Anyone from IN with Central States (Teamsters) Insurance?

Insurance company states that they DO NOT cover this surgery,but they have it listed under cosmetic surgery which I have been told that it is not. I was told that teh senate passed a bill dictating that this is not cosmetic for anyone who is 100+ lbs overweight. I think we've got a long battle. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
