Asked and Answered I Know! Am I crazy to get Plas Surg so soon?

Ok - I know this topic/question shows up weekly but I have been reading the Q & A's for the last 2 years and would love some feedback from this group. - I had RNY surgery 2/12/02. I went from 5'2" at 290 - am currently at 146 - I just broke a 7 week plateau at 150. I have my Plastic Surgery consult 4/28 for TT & breast lift and maybe a thigh lift and I want the surgery in June. - I will probably do my arms in November. - I am 30 years old this month - should I wait? - I don't want to. I am looking great except for this saggy baggy elephant syndrome... Thoughts, experiences?
