My Evergreen has a WLS exclusion, will Cigna PPO pay?

My friend's Evergreen policy excludes WLS. My friend wants to submit her request under her husband's policy which covers her as a dependant. Will it pay? Has anyone had this Cigna PPO experience? Please email her at [email protected] . She is SO discouraged and needs advice. Thanks, Valisa
