Does shrimp cocktail sauce make anyone dump?

I am only one week post op and shrimp is not on my "list" for another five weeks or so, but I wondered how anyone has handled the shrimp cocktail sauce? I love boiled shrimp, but I love the cocktail sauce too, but have looked at a few different bottles and noticed that sugar or high fructose is usually the third ingredient or so. Any experience with this would be much appreciated. Thanks!
