I need a list of diets

I'm scheduled for an appointment with my PCP and I'm hoping that she will give me a refferal.I want to go prepared with a list of all the diets/methods I've ever tried,which are numerous since I was put on my first diet when I was 5.Now,I know this sounds funny, but I cant remember the names of many of them.I recognize them if I see them,however.Does anyone have an extensive list I could look at?
