Has anyone self-paid for WLS at USC Obesity Center, Dr. Anthone?

Dr. Anthone's office has told me that I should be hearing from their contracts department shortly regarding a "package deal" for the WLS - I was hoping someone could tell me what I should look for in this package deal - best prices, services, etc.
