Having TT in 2 weeks and told to stop vitamins now...

Should I really stop all my vits 2 weeks before surgery as I was told they are so important for us to take?? My general surgeon says take them, the plastic surgeon's handout reads to stop them 2 weeks before surgery. What would you do?
