Looking for some directions, can anyone help me?

I am looking for anyone in the Bay Area that might be able to help me with directions or tell me how to get from the Greyhound bus station in S.F. (by the bay bridge) to a motel close to Mills Penninsula in Burlingame. Don't get me wrong, I know how to get there in a car, what I am looking for is how to get there on the transit. I could take a taxi, but it will cost me almost $80 to get there that way. Any help would be appreciated. My surgery is this Wednesday. Feel free to e-mail me any info. if you like.
