has anyone got an approval after finishing the supervised dieting requirement?

I got denied 4 times last year due to my not having 1 year suppervised dieting with my doc. Well, next week my one year will be up and i get to try all over again! I'm very nervous about it because i dont want to be denied again! And i've gained another 20lbs on my "dieting". I dont know if this will work for or against me.It's too hard to get motivated to diet anyway, let alone when the ins. comp. tells you that you have to!! Anyway has anyone else had an experience like this? And if so, is there any advice you could give me to get through this and get an approval?!?!
