Should I change insurance?

Ok, guys and gals, here's my question. Many of you know I've been fighting with John Deere for a TT and leg lift for about 9 months now. Dr Coster and I have recently written letters to the IL state insurance commisssioner about this. We'll see what happens. But I'm about to take another job with benefits (I'm on COBRA now w/JD). 1) Should I cancel my COBRA w/JD and take the new ins co? 2) Do you think the new ins co will pay for it if I've been denied 4 times by JD? 3) Any other suggestions???
