Some Questions On Eating Post-Op...

This may sound silly, but I can't figure out which is better--to eat faster (get full quick) or eat slower? It seems like some say your 'meal' should only be a few minutes, some say you should take longer to eat. Also, why are we made to feel so bad about eating fruit? I never craved it before, but now I could live on fruit alone, but when I see all these posts about evil carbs, it makes me feel bad. It's frippin' FRUIT! Thanks for your answers, please don't tell me how bad I am.
