who does your aftercare when you get home?

ok, you south of the border experts! you have given me great advice, so tell me: when you get home after surgery, who does your aftercare? my pcp isn't familiar with wls complications, etc. but could possibly help. or do you need a surgeon for aftercare? thanks in advance! darci
