anyone have info on mexico?

i have already had one denial and am so tired of this already. it has been 3 months since submitting and i cant imagine how long to appeal. my question is this: has anyone had surgery in mexico? the posts are so positive about the docs, but i worry about communication. if they only speak spanish, how do you communicate? does anyone know of one who speaks english? thanks! darci
