Those of you that use vitalady, what pills do you buy from there

I am 4 weeks post-op and have been using liquid vitamins....they are sooo gross!! I wnt to start using capsules. Would I buy the multivitamins and the calcium citrate? How much would I take? Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks.
