Can anyone tell me about this rash

I have a rash on the underside and back of my arm. It started about 3 days ago. It itches like crazy. Last week when I called the Doctor because I was not feeling well and had a Metal taste in my mouth....one of the questions they asked me was did I have a rash. Of course at that time I did not. Should I call again?
