Transected RNY - Proximinal Is it possible to need a REvision? Plus new Insurance!

And, My company has changed insurances since my original surgery a year ago, I now have United Health Care of Ohio & Tricare (retired military). Has anyone needed a revision and had to deal with new insurance companies for the coverage?
