McDonals Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

can any one give me info on the fruit 'n yogart parfet they have i loved it andandything that taste that good cant be good for wls people it has yogart strawberrys and blue berrys in it not to mention the granola they give you to put on it if you like im 4 months out i have lost 71 lbs so far help i know this is a silly post sorry need some imput from friends
