Support Groups in Western NYS?

I know there is a very good support group in Rochester N.Y however it is around a 130 round trip drive in some really tough city driving. I live in Rushville and wonder if there are any support groups here in Western NYS other than in a big city. Some of the other cities around me are: Geneva, Penn Yan, Canandaigua, Naples, Wayland, Dansville and others. Surely there must be something here in the Finger Lakes Region other than in Rochester? I really like the group there but it costs me a fortune in gas and the city driving is brutal on a non city person. ;) Anyone know of any other groups in the area? Thanks.
