My stomach is tender and I can hear a bubbling sound when I bend?

I know this sounds strange but I have found out over the past 5 months the only dumb question is the one that never gets asked. i bend and can hear a bubbling like sounds in my upper right part of my abdoman and just wonder if anyone else ever dealt with this? Also I have been tender to the touch at times not constint but at times. Any help?
