Has anyone had stomach problems even 6 mos post op? Discomfort, poor digestion, etc?

I'm 6 mos post RNY. Have lost 100lbs. I get terrible discomfort every time I eat (even a few bites). I also get nauseated a few hours later. I feel like my stomach or digestive system just arent working. I am afraid to eat for fear of the pain and can't seem to figure out whats causing this. Have had all the tests etc- they show nothing. Anyone have similar experience or suggestions? My surgeon & I are both at a loss. I would also welcome the name of an experienced Gastroenterologist in the NYC area who may be able to help.
