Vomiting and Blood work. My Blood work has come back all out of whack!

I am 8 weks post-opt. I started to have some problems with vomiting. Not all the time but enough. I did everything I was told stop drinking early enough before eating. Chew Chew, and eat slow. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't. Called doc. and they said it doesn't sound like a closing. More like maybe spasms which I have had since surgery. then they called and said everything is low, b12, b1, iron etc. etc. Plus my liver enzymes are out of whack too. My weight loss is great and I feel good but.....any ideas to whats happening or has anyone had the same. Thanks
