I am only 23 years old and having a revision....wondering about my skin elasticity

I had a VBG at age 20 and am now looking into a revision. I would like to hear from others in my age range regarding how their skin has responded. I've been told from the first surgery that my skin will "bounce back". Well since I never lost the weight I don't know if it can or not. I would also like to hear from anyone who had a revision...for some reason I am much more scared this time around.
