How many protein drinks a day to reset my pouch?
I've gained some weight back and am working on getting it back off. I was thinking that if I reset my pouch by going on just protein drinks for about a week, that might help. How many is too many? I mix my Proscore 100 with water and ice in a blender. I'm hoping Vitalady will see this and reply as I trust your judgement immensely; you're my hero!
