I live in Hutchinson Ks and need a good plastic surgeon

I had open RNY on 3/6/02 and have lost 90 lbs. I have another 118 to get to goal, but I figure 20 of that is excess skin. I had my RNY at Junction City, KS and love my surgeon, his staff and the hospital staff there. I would be willing to go back there for the reconstructive surgery or to Wichita. Can anyone tell me names of plastic surgeons in either location that have worked with WLS patients? I have already started my research of documenting the need for surgery and want to also find possible plastic surgeons. I definitely need an abdominoplasty, brachioplasty and thighs. Would like to have a breast lift also. I have Federal BC/BS insurance and don't know if they will agree on the medical necessity. I could switch to different insurance in November if anyone knows of a different Federal carrier who would cover. Thanks for your help.
