New York State: Blue Choice Option & Medicaid Coverage

I had the Open RNY on May 8th and as of yesteday I was down 116 pounds. (74 more to goal). I have a good apron overhang, but so far not as bad I had feared. However already my thighs, butt, and arms are pretty bad. (Arms are the worse). I expect all will be really bad by goal. Will New York State Medicaid and Blue Choice Option cover surgery to tighten these things? I would rather have ugly loose skin than tight skin with fat, however it does look pretty bad and I'm still 74 pounds from goal. Has anyone in Upstate NY had this covered?
