Will a double chin go away without surgery?

I'm alitte over 5.5 months post op and I'm down 105 pounds over all. I hope to lose 190 pounds, so I'm 10 pounds over half way to goal! :) But although my face was the first area that slimed down, I "still" have my double chin. Anyway, I really thought it would have disappeared by now. Will I have to have liposuction on it, or will it likely go away by the time I reach goal (provided I can reach goal)?
