Has anyone gained weight after 4 weeks post-op?

I am 4 weeks post-op and went to the Dr last week. I had lost 30 lbs in 3 weeks! I was thrilled. But this week i actually gained 3 lbs. I am worried that I won't lose any more. I am eating about 700 calories a day. But find I am hungry all the time. HELP!!! Anyone out there having the same problems?
