Has anyone had a problem with sleeping on their back?

I am 6 weeks post op today. I had an open rny. I am not able to sleep or lie on my back for any long period of time. It isn't painful, just very uncomfortable. When I do lay on my back, it produces a lot of gas, and my stomach feels very weird (can't really describe the feeling). Can anyone else relate to this? THANKS!!
