Can I take Allegra & Allegra D for allergy/sinus problem?

I am 2 1/2 weeks post op from open RNY. I have had severe pain and pressure in my head for the last 2 days. I went to my PCP and she prescribed Allegra D for days, and Allegra for night. I put a call into the surgeons office, but no return call yet.
