Did Mederma work on your scar?

A few months ago, several people posted and said they were trying Mederma on their scar and/or stretch marks. Please update us on if it worked for you - how long you used it, etc. Also, I'm doing lots of exercise, but sometimes look pretty 'dimply' in inner thighs and under arms - you know, those dangly things. Anything work on this?
