Help with Insurance

Has anyone ever been approved and had the surgery and then told that you are approved? Well, this is what happen to me. I don't know how things got so messed up, but this could cost me a fortune. It could finacially destroy me. I am a single person and have to take care of myself.. My insurance company said that the approval number is the wrong one. The girl doing the insurance just took the number form me and then set up surgery. My insurance paid for things that they wanted to. I have no idea how much this could cost. I had an open rny in Janurary. I not sure being slim and healthy will matter if I am ruined money wise. Anything I could do or any ideas you might have I would like to hear form you. Thanks Dawn
