I read alot of people drink Carnation Instant Breakfast. When I went to buy it at

the store it had alot of sugar. How many grams of sugar should you have at a meal. I'm going to have the RNY, distal and I thought sugar was a no no? Do they make Carnation Instant Breadfast without sugar.
