I am from Ontario, Canada, and need help about bariatric surgery!

I am looking for infomation on having bariatric surgery. I am 27 and live in Cambridge,Ontario. I am looking into having surgery but don't know where to start. I would like any help on any infomation that could help. What is the first step?, What doctor did you use?, where was you surgery done at and how did you go about getting it?..Please help,,,,Thank-You.
