When might it be possible for a lap rny person to have some crab ragoon?

I've seen lots of posts on chinese food, and i'm thankfull for the answers. What i used to get was an order of sweet/sour chicken, white rice, and crab ragoon. I always ask for sauce on the side (just not a big fan). And i know now to limit or stay away from the rice. But, i have a huge craving for some crab ragoon. Anyone got the lowdown on them? Thanks
