Anyone approved with low bmi that has bc/bs ppo of florida

Hi I am currently scheduled for consultation with surgeon in couple days. I have a bmi of 39 and was wondering if anyone that has bc/bs ppo of florida has been approved with that bmi with no major co-morbities, (ie sleep apnea, HTN, or diabetes)? Is it enough to get qualified? I do have other related co morbities however not life threating as the ins would call it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
