5 day post-op and I have 3 bloody stools very dark blood

I had surgery March 17th My frist stool was March 19th am my stool was very bloody very dark my next stool was March 19th that night today is March 22, 2004 I had another bloody stool still very dark no plain should I be worred about anything ?
