Types of Protein Drinks

I am having Lap RNY on 3/17. I've heard that it is really beneficial to begin protein drinks before surgery. What brands of protein drinks are suggested? I don't want to start something that after surgery I won't be able to have because of the sugar content, etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
