I'm researching this for a friend who has no health insurance. Are there any self payers out there in the Lehigh Valley or Monroe County PA area? She would like to find out about self paying and how much the cost is. By the way I had my surgery in MAy of 03 and am doing fantastic. Down 120 pounds, gone forever!
