Three days post op and cant keep anything down

I am three days post-op and cant keep anything down. I am, of course, on a clear a liquid diet. When I take in liquids, after about 5 - 10 minutes, I get the gurgling and burping sensation, and then it all comes back up plus some. Is this normal and will it go away? HELP!
