What is the differance between LBL and a Panny, and abdomialplasty?

Hi all, I am 9 mo po, and down 100 pounds YEAH! I do need to loose 30 more pounds or so and I hope to be at goal in a few months. At first I was just happy to get the WLS, but now I truly think I would like to have ibt's :0)and a LBL or a Panny or even an abdominplasty (sp) but what is the differance, I have a large apron, and I would also like to have my mons taken care of too. I need to start researching these and would like to see pictures, or hear an sugestions you may have. thanks in advance!
