Anyone been approved for PS with BCN/Southeast MI after WLS?

I have Blue Care Network of Southeast,MI. I had to fight them through 2 appeals to get approved for WLS. I would like to know how willing are they to approve plastic surgery to remove sagging skin: a tummy tuck or a lower body lift. Also what do they require in the way of documentation stating medical necessity. Thanks in advance!
