help with requirements for TT lower body lift

I am 7 months out and have lost aprox 90 lbs .. I can see I will need a TT and lower body lift . I have Cigna PPO . Can anyone give me insight into what I can be doing now do get approval for this surgery ? what are the requirements you have encountered ?
